Nigel Sharper, originally from Louisiana, moved to Minneapolis, MN in the 90s. As the middle child among three boys, he was raised by an entrepreneurial mother, a licensed social worker/therapist, and a father who is a retired supervisor from a prominent American pasta and food processing company.

With a career in the nonprofit sector since 2012, Sharper has served as a certified case manager, mental health practitioner, and project manager. His dedication to community betterment is evident through extensive volunteer work, coaching youth sports, and involvement in nonprofit programs focused on underserved communities.

As a committed father to his son, Nigel aims to make a positive contribution to the community, creating a lasting impact that benefits not only his immediate family but also the broader development of his son as he grows into a young man.
