Previously I served as a Captain which I was in charge of station duties and am the first line officer within theFire Department structure. On medical calls I coordinate and lead patient care as well as documentation. As the department recruiter I am responsible for attending events, hosting events and providing information to the public for potential Fire candidates. It is my job to find new and innovative ways to get people interested, trained, and prepared to potentially become Firefighters and EMT’s as well as come up with retention ideas to keep Firefighters.
